Description
Fighting occurred for three hours in Southern Kachin State between the towns of Manje (Mansi) and Madang Yang, in Manmaw (Bhamo) District. The fighting was between the Infantry Battalion No. 47 and the KIA’s Battalion 1. Government Troops were taking students as human-shields.
